Good things come in pairs. Hardware and software, the Yin and Yang of the computer world, reflect the relationship between Sagar and Karan. With Sagar's hardware and graphics expertise, and Karan's software and programing background, they were bound to do something great.
Their technical eye, ample talent, and countless hours spent in Starbucks have resulted in them applying their technical talents to something great. Doing good for others is the most important talent of all. One thing money can't buy is a heart of gold.
In coming up with their cause, the dynamic duo found something that they both shared a passion for. Karan, an experienced tutor (2009-Present), is a staunch advocate of supporting education through technology. Karan is currently studying Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. Sagar, an aspiring vascular surgeon, wanted to benefit the thousands of children in countries who cannot afford cardiovascular procedures. They joined forces to aid children in both realms: education through computing, and health through the Gift of Life charity.
Karan and Sagar met at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair while arguing over how to properly fix their fair advisor's computers. Two self proclaimed techies, Karan and Sagar hope to make a difference in the world.
